After 20-something years of negotiating, it just becomes second nature. 🤝

"The original boss mom." 💛

My mom was a mentor not just to me, but my friends. Many of them say, "I went to college because of your mom. I make my own money because of your mom."

A single mom who went into real estate, pulling me around in a wagon while she door-knocked communities. She ended up on the marquee at Neiman Marcus. No. 3 out of about 700 agents.

That work ethic is part of why I went to law school and built my own path.

Who is the person you look up to? Tag them!

From closing deals at IBM to taking a company public to building a career in luxury real estate.

I spent years in tech doing mergers and acquisitions around the world, closing deals of $5M and over. Then I helped take a local technology company public before deciding it was time to be my own boss and step into the family business.

Which chapter of your career taught you the most?
